Staying at the Sheraton on the Falls was an unforgettable experience! The breathtaking view of the falls from our room was just incredible, but the check-in process was a bit of a hassle, and the overall condition of the hotel felt a bit dated. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere lively, but be prepared for the busy Clifton Hill area. Overall, it's a great choice for the views, but there could be improvements in the room quality and upkeep.
